Mushrooming, Berry- picking and Cooking
Which Wild Food Trips- either it is mushrooming or berry-picking- we at the moment organise, depend on seasonality. Both trips are 3-4 hours long guided trips, that is followed by collective cooking from wild food, which you have picked during the trip. Local guide leads you throughout the trips, talks about different mushrooms, helps to identify these species and teach special cooking techniques that are best to use while cooking dishes from mushrooms and cranberries.
Departure / season: every day throughout August till November

Price: 50 EUR / per person in Soomaa (70 EUR / per person with transfer from Pärnu). Includes guidance in English, equipment for canoeing, and coffee/ tea
Group size: Minimum 2 persons, maximum 15 persons
Meet: Pick-up from hotels of Pärnu at 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. at the visitor centre of Soomaa national park if you drive own car
What to bring: You should wear comfortable clothes and footwear. Take basket and small knife for picking wild food in the forest!
